The OHA has renamed its golf tournament in honour of one of Kincardine’s finest…all funds raised will be donated to the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation. Doug was a loyal volunteer of the Foundation 😊

Cambridge, ON – Grand Valley Golf Course in Cambridge, will host the event this year. Built and designed by Jim Horvath in 1981, Grand Valley has grown into a popular spot for enthusiastic golfers seeking a quick round, beginner players who prefer low score rounds, and golf tournaments that prioritize camaraderie over competition.
The event takes place on June 6th.

For many years, Doug Kennedy was a driving force raising funds for the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation. As well, he played a pivotal role raising $10 million dollars as part of a capital campaign
The Kincardine hospital has not seen a major upgrade in 35 years. The funds raised will support the construction of a new Emergency Department, laboratory and comprehensive Medical Imaging Unit, including the installation of an MRI. This expansion will double the footprint of critical services offered within the hospital, providing better service and the newest technologies to our growing population.”
Doug Kennedy was a major contributor. So much so, that they named the fracture clinic after him

Register now for the Doug Kennedy Memorial Golf Tournament. All proceeds will be donated to the Kincardine & Community Health Care Foundation…keeping Doug’s legacy going…
