Cambridge, ON – the OHA is mourning the passing of longtime executive Bill Stobbs of Chatham.
Leamington raised, Bill Stobbs began his career in the OHA as the President of the Chatham Pontiacs Senior Hockey Team in 1979-1981 as well as an executive member of the Allan Cup Champion Petrolia Squires in 1979.
In 2007, Bill was awarded the prestigious OHA Gold Stick, awarded by the OHA for outstanding service to the game other than as a player.
